I bought gas at a chip reader at the gas station Cenex for 21.88 and was charged 176 dollars in the app. I have my receipt for 21.88; it's 12-11-25, and I just bought the gas an hour ago.
They said inside the bank is the issue.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Closed my account and transferred balance to my checking account.
It took only TWO WEEKS. Perhaps my case is unique, no suggestions except to read reviews and do your due diligence.
Today, nothing works; not your website, not the mobile app, nothing is working, and I waste my time going around and around in an endless loop. I had to do the same.....on login page u need to contact customer vice and when your in the help menu u can pick update account info and there u can put in new number. It took me 4 days to fix mine.

After making nearly $15,000 in deposits and purchasing Bitcoin, they wouldnt allow me to move it to an external wallet. Previous to this, I tested it with $50 and the transfer went right through with no problems.
When I attempted to transfer the $15,000 they stopped it and said they had to investigate because I might be a victim of "pig butchering" and that my funds would be available in a couple days. After 8 days they finally responded to my numerous messages. They closed my account and said they found something indicating that I was commiting fraud. I was like WHAT?
It took another 2 to 3 days to refund my money back to my bank account.
This was just the bitcoin. Im still trying to get the Solana back.

The company could be more accessible to their customers to resolve issues in real time, but instead, they let AI deal with your concerns, and it's not as timely as needed. They also don't care if it's interfering with the customers' everyday business, but they give you access to spend your money, but do not put it back in your original account format.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They refused all of my bitcoin but none of my Solana.
When I asked support about it, they replied they refunded all I had. They said the reason my acct was closed was they suspected fraudulent activity. There is no phone number in which to speak to a live person. Even the number for complaints requires you to leave a voicemail they never return.
Do not use this app.
Coinbase is a much better app and allows you to move large amounts of money without being suspect. You can also call support and talk to a human.
They put a hold on my fundraiser because they thought I was being scammed. It was probably because I deposited 15k.
After 7 days they finally told me why they had held my funds and how did I want to proceed. I told them release the funds so I can move my money.
Here it is 2 days later and they won't respond to me. Of any scamming was happening to my acct, it was uphold trying to steal it

Some kind of a major glitch in the system and they finally helped me get my passcode reset and I was able to continue using my existing email. Watch out for things that don't look normal it happens so quick and it was not anything I chose to do it just slipped in there so I think I was caught in the middle of maybe an update and somebody trying to *** me at the same time.
My account got thoroughly screwed up. All I was doing was trying to check my balance, and it sent me a different direction.
I could not get out of it, and now it's trying to force me to get a new email. I don't like that; I want to continue using my account.
